When I set up this site, one of the categories I wanted to include was “affirm” with Printables. I’m not really sure if that makes sense to anyone, so today, I’m renaming that category to “encourage” with printables. You can use Printables to encourage the people you love! Speak words of life to them through the printables you share and watch them blossom under your encouragement and affirmation. That’s what these encouraging lunch box notes for your husband are all about.
It took me a while to get these lunch box notes created. I’ll be blunt. I don’t pack a lunch for my husband! In fact, I rarely pack a lunch for anyone since the kids and I eat lunch at home most of the time. However, if I did pack a lunch, I would definitely want to include little notes of love to encourage my people. Instead, I’ll be quite excited to hide these encouraging lunch box notes in my husband’s suitcase and pockets the next time he travels. I don’t pack for him either, so it is going to be quite the challenge to sneak them in before he leaves – but I think I’m up to it!
Everybody say awww. That’s so sweet. And it is. Marriage is hard, and sticking together through thick and thin is becoming more of a challenge every single day. Hiding these affirmation cards in your husband’s lunch box or suitcase reminds him that you are sticking with him, that you are in this together, and that you are here for him. You don’t have to make these obvious so that all of your husband’s co-workers see him unwrap a sandwich with a love note on it, but you can unobtrusively bring a smile to his face and a lift to his day when you place these notes in the bottom of his lunch box under all the food, or taped inside the lid.
Now I can just hear the haters in my head right now saying “Who says I pack my husband a lunch box? Maybe he packs my lunchbox?” Or maybe you are a husband looking for lunchbox notes for your wife. Yay! I am so glad you found this post. Guess what? These encouraging lunch box notes will work in your wife’s lunchbox too. When I did a little research to find out what people were looking for, turns out people are looking for lunch box notes for your husband. So that’s the angle I wrote this post from. Please don’t be offended by my efforts to please!
I’m not barefoot, pregnant or stupid today. I have been all three of those things in the past, maybe even all three at the same time, and only one of those things is out of the question right now, but what I am right now is — married 25 years!!!! I’ve been married 25 years to the same man, and that is no small task for anyone. Like I said, speaking from experience, its hard work staying married, and if that’s one of your goals then its not asking too much to suggest that you take small steps to remind your spouse that you still love him and want to encourage him. So download our encouraging lunch box notes for your husband remind him that he is loved today!
